Climate Science Literacy Programme

Our Climate Science Literacy Programme is all about the science – and the physical phenomena that describe and explain Earth’s habitable climate. Based on an 8-year international research project, this project offers users tested ‘Handbook to Our Planet’.

Climate matters.

Find out how our climate works, how it drives and supports biodiversity, and how it affects you.

Earn your diploma

As you advance in the climate science course, you'll gain proficiency in 40 interdisciplinary skills across various established scientific fields, including physics, chemistry, biology, geography, oceanography, sociology, and more. These skills will contribute to completing your competence map and your final diploma; validating your efforts, new knowledge, and skills.

Knowledge is powerful.

Your diploma certifies that you have attained the knowledge and skills needed to understand one of the most important issues of our times – and shows proof of your achievements.
